X Axis Belt Tensioner for P802E

remix of a remix, to work with the default hardware from a TronXY P802E(well, mostly, had to use some 8-32 x 2" bolt and nut since it's 20mm length is already too long for any of the supplied hardware).
might be a tight fit on the default bearing supplied with my P802E(it's way too large!), but could work(may need some oil. hehe).
