Water Meter Wrench, for a 5 sided fastener

If you have a residential/commercial water meter cover that has a 5 sided bolt on the lid that is 0.82" (20.8 mm) from a flat to a tip, this wrench allows you to open the lid to read the meter or shut off the main water valve.
I made it after helping my son replace the primary water valve inside his home. This would have made opening the lid a lot easier.
