Otoscope

This design is a remix of a design published on [Appropedia](http://www.appropedia.org/3D_Printed_Otoscope). We started out with their original design, with the intent of supplying 3D printed otoscopes to health posts in Nepal as part of the earthquake response. After gaining user feedback from a range of medical practitioners in the UK and Nepal, we have arrived at this design.
