Knob designed to make adjuster screw for http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1175592 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1175592
I designed it for M3 screw, but you could drill it out for use with other sizes (may need to adjust wall thickness for larger sizes)
Also included "foot" for screw to increase contact area
