XY-08N Mount for Anet_a8_e3d_v6_bowden_print_carriage_redux

When I ordered my Anet A8, I also ordered the the XY-08N autolevel sensor as well. This design allows the sensor to mount to the E3D Bowden mount listed here:

For Probe offset, this mount places the sensor 40mm left of the nozzle and 10mm behind it.
