Small World Expansions tile trays w/ cutout

An addition to Bschulth's nice Small Worlds trays. This adds a fourth tray for the Cursed and Grande Dames expansions, as well as adjust the skeletonsAndSourcerersAndLostTribes tray, since the Cursed expansion comes with one more Lost Tribe (also that module did not actually depend on the lostTribeCount variable).

Note also that there is an extra space in the tray, the width of 14 tiles, that can be used for more expansion, extras, or anything else.
