Wanhao i3 - Melzi to Ramps 1.4 adapter for Wanhao i3

Should be printable at 45 degree angle on a 200x200mm bed.

Edit 2017-03-12: Modified Melzi hole dimensions from 200x40 to 200x42 to fit properly. Should be noted that even though this fits in the Wanhao i3 and you can mount the box together, but it is very very tight. I am looking into a different route right now.
