HICTOP Wind Guide with 18mm Probe Mount

I have modified eried's Improved Wind Guide to add an 18mm probe mount. I've also re-worked the geometry of the duct to provide cooling air symmetrically about the nozzle.

UPDATE: I've added a short version of the wind guide as the newer HICTOP printers appear to be coming with a shorter extruder throat. The original version is for a spacing of 35mm between the bottom of the X carriage bracket and the tip of the nozzle, and the short version is for a spacing of 28mm.
