Prop Fan

This thing is made to go under water.....it is 1/3 scale,,, and is a proto of a proto that is reversed engineered to go, we can all hope it does....but fun is the end result!!

Easy 3v motor, with the battery pack and reo in the stand...idk...but i'm moving foward!
