101Hero SD Cover & Support

The SD Card holder on the 101Hero is only held by the pin connector so it could get damaged, pins bent, etc. So I created a support that provide the top end with the same level of support the connector does on the bottom, so the holder can be pressed against the control box and remain parallel without bending. I also made a cover, based on an idea I saw in the 101Hero forum, that covers pins that are exposed and that you can feel a small electrical current from if touched while the printer is p
