Sword hilt designed to fit a large paint stir stick.
My son had made a play sword by whittling a point onto a paint stir stick. I suggested we print out a hilt.
He designed it as a sketch drawing and we modeled it in CREO.
3 degree taper helps to hold parts together. Tack with superglue.
I suggest hot-glue to hold paint stir into hilt.
