I needed mounts for my Topeak Road Morph G Mini Pump to fit it on my 2000 Bianchi Veloce. The seat tube diameter is 24mm. I made two versions, one wraps around a but more, the other doesn't so as not to cover the logo. There is a 10mm x 2mm path through each for a velcro strap, but as tight as they hold the pump, the straps are more to keep the hose in place.
