Hi, guys. I've no Dremel rotary tool and needed to mount a wind turbine. So, this 15mm height ring will resolve the problem with mounting. Good luck with printing:)
For better result all holes I infill with glue.

P.S2. Before printing rotate it on 180 degrees in slicer.
