Tealight candle holder (remix: double-wall)

I really liked the the [tealight candle holder](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:214589), but didn't want the direct eye contact with the flame through the holes. So I simply modified the original design with a second wall and rotated it so the holes are unaligned. It really only works with a tranlucent filament though, otherwise it blocks too much light.
