Bolt Halo Fidget Spinner - Wingnut2k #5

I figured that I would create a new style of spinner that I haven't seen on this site. The center ring is held in place by the 3 screws. This one uses (3) 1/4" nuts, (3) 1/4"x1" screws and one 608 bearing.

This design is a little thicker and heavier than a normal spinner, but it's still manageable. The center ring is 9mm tall (ball bearing is 7mm). The ring has 3 recessed areas so that the screws will go into and help hold the center ring in place. The outer piece is 11.5mm thick. I made it t
