9 Tooth Herringbone Gear

I use this on a Wade extruder
Nut trap is moved closer to shaft
The base has been enlarged to provide
a thicker wall, to backup the set screw.
This reduces deforming and failure of the base.


UPDATE: Mar 2018:
The printed gears are preforming beyond expectations. 4 years now and I have replaced
3 gears ( I have 4 printers using this). None of he bases have failed, I have lost a few teeth
resulting in gear repla
