Here is a twist on adeochoa's excellent [Toothbrush and Toothpaste Holder][id1]. I thinned the structure to save filament, added a toothy smile, and punched holes in the toothpaste holder for style and economy.

Attach to the wall with double-sided tape, or drill holes for screws to make it more permanent.
