These are Marco Diaz's dimensional scissors from the Disney Channel show Star vs the Forces of Evil.
The scissors measure 26 cm long and are attached at the pivot by a stack of 3 magnets, each 10mm round by 3mm thick. Once each blade is glued to a handle, a magnet is glued into the hole, it will be recessed. the third magnet will hold the two halves together and prevent them from sliding apart, but will still allow the two halves to pivot or be pulled apart to wield the blades individually.
