K8200 3Drag Gear Cover

The extruder gears of the K8200 / 3Drag requires lubrication, which unfortunately causes debris to fall down on to the printing plate.
This gear cover is intended to keep things cleaner.

Update:
- On request, I've added a lid.
- After about 270 downloads I had to republish the "fixed" files as their thumbnails somehow disappeared. They are of the same date and version as before.

Slic3r reported the initial files as manifold, and I printed them without any problems.
