EZ-print lever and cover for replicator extruder

I changed the geometry by shortening the peg that the bearing sits on, and filling in the hole in the cover. This makes it easier to print a usable copy on a machine that is not as well "dialed-on" yet. I found that the original had an issue with not wanting to snap together because the tolerances on the cover and peg were too tight.
