****Being a newbie designer, I didn't account for USB ports. Had to use spacers on the MKS and on the Pi end they stick out a fan hole.****

Added lid.
Added mounting holes for lid.

After picking up a mosfet and having it sitting on my desk rather than mounted somewhere, I decided I needed a case. Was already modifying the original file for my upcoming D-Bot, so decided to go a bit further and do one for my MKS 1.4
