Hair Tie Storage Ring

My wife puts her hair in a ponytail often and has a *lot* of Scunci loops. They aren't really organized, and it's hard for her to find the right one. Putting them in a drawer doesn't work, because she will have to dig constantly to find one. Putting them on a pole doesn't work, because invariably she will have to pull half the scuncis off the pole to get at the one she wants.
