monocle holder no support

this part gives the monocle holder of the complex set but requires no supports.you print it, peel out the center, and slide it into place (along with some superglue)

I didn't want to use supports and didn't like the side parts on the complex goggles (sorry guyc) but i liked the parametric monocle holder.

i also added a template i used to cut the eyepieces out of acrylic.
