Prusa I3 Bolt-On Y Tensioner For M10 Rods With 608zz Bearings

A merge of a remix back to the mainline of a Y tensioner that can be bolted on without taking apart the entire bed. This one is for M10 rods and 608 bearings. I used the clamp/bearing holder meant for 2 m4 screws and shared the others in case they are helpful
