Hand Spinner 6.4

Printed this one on a uPrint, but has been tested on a MakerBot Replicator and printed fine so will work for most low-end printers. Uses a standard 22x8x7 skate bearing. With an ABEC-3 spins for 49 seconds, spins for 2:31 with ceramic. At full capacity, holds 20 dimes.
