I designed this base after finding out the official Hikvision one was not large enough to house what I needed.
In here you can fit an ac-dc power supply, a tp link wr702n and even maybe even a small backup battery!
I used the gland that came with the Hikvision official base, but I'm sure it's a universal size. It's unthreaded though, so keep this in mind if you want to fully water-proof it.
The gland hole is 26mm diameter, and the base mounting screw holes are 8mm diameter.
