S4 Mini Reinforced case for flex filament

The lack of full circumference in top layers was causing the original design to be non-working with flex filaments like rubber or Ninjaflex. I mean the case will not hold itself on the phone when printed from flex filament. I have added the bridges over the button openings to form "rigid" circumference - now it should work fine.

22MAR2017 UPDATE: case still not 100% compatible with S4 Mini for two reasons:
1. the overlap is just too small to hold the phone.
2. case currently has top and bot
