Tevo Tarantula ultimate dual turbo fan ducts

This is a remix of the wonderful design from Supasorn. One issue I had with the original was that it was too flimsy and the fans kept falling out so I added some extrusions that clamp the sides of the fan and added just a bit of rigidity in the frontbar where the bolts go in, but not too much for the bolts current length like some other designs. also I often push the x axis side to side during leveling so it helps to have a sturdy fan mount/ duct. I tried to keep additional weight to just a gram
