CNC table clamp for M8 (8mm) bolt

I really liked [Better 2 Part CNC Clamp](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1234284) clamp by [MadeSomethingTv](http://www.thingiverse.com/MadeSomethingTv/about) however they are for M5 bolt and I wanted to use M8.

I designed it from scratch but idea was taken from original project. Moreover I added two pivots with different height.
