HICTOP 3DP17 power case

There are quite a lot of power covers for the HICTOP around, thanks a lot guys!
This is yet another version, mainly because I had some spare parts to use which didn't fit with the existing pieces.

I screwed directly this on the bottom part of the power supply, drilling holes for some M3x5mm bolts.
