Karlsson on the Roof is a character created by Astrid Lindgren. Karlsson visit the home of the seven year old little brother in the apartment in Stockholm (Sweden). Karlsson is able to fly with a propeller on the back.
I have tried to construct a version of the propeller with backpack and button on the stomach that could be used for kids who would like to dress up like Karlsson.
