Sturdy Type B / 2020 frame brace (90 deg) for M5 screws

As most of the cheap-ish 2020 90 deg frame braces I ordered were seriously lacking quality, I just designed my own.

This is a stury 90 degree frame brace for Type B and 2020 extrusions. Small footprint of only 25x25mm.

It works with most types of screwheads and will accept a washer with d2=10mm.

The guide is 5.6mm wide, which will leave some play in the groove.

I print this design with supports, no real post processing needed as the connection points disappear in the extrusion groove
