This model is a head and shoulders with moldable hair. First you must cut off the support cylinder to free the model. Then cut of some of the hairs to form the hair line (this is left to you so you can do anything from cousin it, to a mohawk). After that trim any other hairs if they seem to long (I didn't in the picture but if you want short hair you should). Lastly you must hair dryer the hairs until they become malleable then mold then to the style you want.
