V-slot mini gantry adapter

This is a 3mm thick adapter to go between the 5mm hole pattern in a mini v gantry plate and the "standard" 3mm hole pattern that most mini kossel carriages use.

As I only had 3mm width to play with, I used 8mm long counter sunk screws (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/111725459520)
