This stand has 3 holes because it is possible to use single, two or all three hoes to fix 10x10 mm square wooden profile. It is possible to mount camera, microphone, some light (flashlight, single or more). I found easier (and faster) to use available 10x10 mm square wooden profile, but you can make your own 3D printed profile...
