iPadAir iPadAir2 iPadPro grip and bumpers

This solves a problem with the iPadAir2 - having the left hand wander onto the screen while holding and reading it. Invariably, the article being read either jumps back to the top, or closes. The grip also partially protects the screen from falls. It gives a place to store the Apple Pencil while not being used, with a separate compartment for the spare ends and adapter.
