Locking Parts test sample

These test parts were made to test the function of the connectors with minimum waste. Tolerances on these parts are 0.05mm making them difficult to put together if the print quality is not adequate and impossible if any flaws occur.

Reducing the side tabs by 0.25 (0.025 ?) fixed the fit issue and the latest improvement was a reduction in vertical height.

These were the 2nd and 3rd prints I ever made.

The end use file is the final working version that fits together smoothly and tightly
