This is a small copycat version of the ultimate spool holder by terrago:

I remodeld it smaller because the original didn't fit my print bed well. I also added snap ins for a tighter fit that doesn't need glue.
Like with the original you will need two 608 bearings and 4 pieces. For convenience I added an stl that already contains two pieces.
If the holder is not stable enough for your liking, I recommend printing drofnas' adjustable support:
