Viki2 Adapter for Fabrikator

I got a spiffy new Viki2 display from [Panucatt Devices](http://www.panucatt.com/Default.asp) to go with the Re-ARM board I got through Kickstarter. I created this Thing to adapt the Viki2 on my Fabrikator.

I chose to mount the Re-ARM board and RAMPS on top of the PSU instead of behind the front panel, so this mount does not include any provision for that. This adapter re-uses the original front panel mounting holes, and is designed to use the original 2mm self-tapping screws.
