K40 Laser Air Assist 3020 CO2

K40 Air assist, with DesignSpark Mechanical CAD File. Uses 1/4 inch OD brass tubing although aluminum will work also.

It is designed so that the tip is aprox 4mm from the work piece when the focal point is 50mm.

I made this because the printed plastic version caught on fire when cutting wood. This one works well even with a low cost aquarium air pump.
