As I could not find any printable designs for attaching a printed cable chain to the drag chain mounts, due to the staggered hole spacing, so a quick tinker with one of the link from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:57533.

It fits the drag chain mounts, but my be subject to change when I have pulled all the cable through (or not)
