X-carriage for TubularBot or Prusa i3

This is a modified Prusa i3 x-carriage design that adds 2 extra screw binding points for the extruder platform. Works ideally with the E3D extruder platform posted here or the similar Magma hotend platform posted here, both for Greg's accessible extruder.
