Warthog joystick mounting plate

Allows mounting in less space than a normal mounting plate.
Allows the joystick to be rotated for perfect ergonomics simply by loosening the 4 mounting screws (when mounting on right side)
Used with a RS FSSB R3 force sensing base but will work with standard base (which is slightly larger, but same hole pattern)
Compared with a normal joystik a force sensing joystik puts more stress on the mounting plate, but I have not detected any flex or wear (used for almost a year)
