Greg's Idler More Durable

Idler for Greg's accessible extruder with a grab lever modified to be more durable:

* Stronger across hinge by orienting part to be strong in that direction.
* Filament guide is thicker and shouldn't break off.

There is support material on the STL already that you will need to remove once printed.
