Hictop spool holder and filament sensor lift kit

Upon assembling my 3DP-17, i observed the filament sensor was too low to be useful, It limited the height of the print space because it is in the path of the printhead carriage. By raising the height of the spool and sensor, the full print height is available to be used. Also the angle of the filament when the head is at the extreme left hand position is lowered as well, the sensor housing incorporates roller guides to ease the passage of the filament as it moves through the sensor.
