Shorter 40mm fan shroud for monoprice maker select

This is an approximate copy of the original fan shroud that comes with the monoprice maker select mk2. Except it is slightly shorter (in case you've been having problems with the shroud dragging on your print).

After I upgraded to an all metal hotend, I started having this dragging problem so I replaced the shroud with this.
