my printer has a wider linear Slide, with 3,5mm holes and 45mm distance between the holes.
just screw a m3 screw in, like the one by TNS (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2105275).
Also see msrd0's sensor mount for the Anycubic prusa i3, who brought up the idea of an inductive sensor to me (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2142389)
edit: i added a 8mm & 18mm version, which i have not printed, if some printed one, it would be awesome if you would comment, if it prints fine :)
