Case for Step Down Module (B3603) remixed for fan

I remixed this to include a small 30mm 12v fan right above the voltage regulator IC. It took a lot of iterations to get this to come out right. Still not 100% sure that it is perfect, but it is printing right now, so I will know soon. The original files are by norm8332 and the case itself as well as the handle are entirely their prior work.
