The Geeetech I3 has a design flaw - the top end of the Z screw is mounted solid which causes extreme Z-axis wobble!
This replacement shoulder piece leads the Z-screw "flapping in the breeze", which greatly reduces wobble.
My printer came with flexible couplings for attaching the Z motors and screws. Again, a poor design decision, likely made to cut costs. Replacing these with oldham couplings should further reduce Z wobble
