Here is a simple filament guide I made. I know there are a lot of these already on Thingiverse. My design is the only one I've found that won't fall off or slide around. It uses 2 bolts to "sandwich" around the frame and keep it still.
I'm not sure, but my part may fit other printers that are not the Prusa i3 Mk.2, if your frame is 6.2mm thick and 40mm tall, this should fit perfectly! Let me know what printer you added your filament guide to!
